CANCELLATION POLICY

your appointments are important to us, they’re reserved especially for you! our studio takes pride in offering exceptional services to our guests through continuing education. we are a small, independently-owned studio that is greatly impacted by avoidable inconveniences, we understand that sometimes scheduling conflicts may arise, & ask that 48-hours notice is given for all appointments that need to be canceled or rescheduled. cancellations cancelling or rescheduling your appointment with less than 48-hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of your scheduled service. cancelling or rescheduling your appointment with less than 24-hours notice will incur a fee of 100% of your scheduled service. cancellations due to illness: are handled case-by-case no-shows failure to show to your scheduled appointments for any reason will incur a 100% fee of your scheduled service. this will affect your ability to schedule future services with us. lateness if you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment we will need to reschedule to accommodate the appointments following your scheduled time. thank you for your understanding & continued support xx thallo hair studio
